ABOUT
How we trace commissions, maintain security and privacy, and connect buyers and sellers.
A seat
A seat is your chair on the file.
IR introducer. IN intermediary. B buyer. BM buyer mandate. S seller. SM seller mandate. MS mandate seller.
A code
A code is issued first. Nothing is sent on the deal page without one.
Some codes are issued because Exemplar Earth has met or spoken to the person. Not every code comes through the website.
If you have no code, introduce yourself at [email protected].
The deal page
The deals can be read. A code is required to send interest or to lodge a deal. Email and telephone are not shown on the board.
How a file stays invite-only
