Commision split options for Intermediaries

The split is agreed on the IMFPA for that file. It is not fixed on this intake.

Three structures are used.

1.5 / 1.5 Buyers / Sellers, ie.

One and one half percent on the buyer side and one and one half percent on the seller side.

Each side’s percent is shared by the seats on that side.

1 / 1 / 1 Buyers / Sellers / Intermediaries

One percent on the buyer side, one percent on the seller side, and one percent for the intermediary and introducer line on that file.

Party A / Party B

Used when one side runs longer than two working seats and Intermediaries are all on either the buyer or sellers side. That side is split into Party A Exemplar Earth and Party B their list of Intermediaries.

Party B receives 50% Of the percentage split.

Exemplar Earth facilitates the introduction.

This page does not appoint a broker and does not lock a percentage.

The Intermediary agrees to pay a fee to their introducer upon a successful close on a deal.
